People who’ve been exiled from the Master’s domain.

On occasion, the Master casts someone out from his “perfect society”, exiling them to the surface. Such unfortunate individuals often perish in the wastes. Some, however, manage to find others like themselves, and there are now several groups of such outcasts living in the badlands, to the north of the Master’s domain.

Andoras leads one such group; his people live in a cave settlement, not far from the main settlement of the northern tribe of goblins. Andoras’s people hate and oppose the Master (though they’re nowhere near strong enough to actually challenge him in any way).

Other groups of outcasts, however, still revere the Master, and console themselves with hopes of one day getting back into his good graces.
