While you maintain psionic focus, your unarmed strikes or attacks with a natural weapon deal an extra 1 point of damage. Additionally, if you expend your psionic focus as part of an unarmed strike or an attack with a natural weapon, that attack instead deals an extra 2d6 points of damage. You must decide whether or not to use this option prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.

While under the effects of this power, your unarmed strikes and natural weapon attacks are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Augment

When you meditate to regain your power points for the day, you may spend power points to increase the effect of this power. For every 8 power points that you spend in this way, the additional damage your strikes deal while you are psionically focused increases by 1 point, and the extra damage you deal when you expend your psionic focus increases by 2d6. This increased effect lasts for the whole day (until you rest).
