Sigurd's Keep, the home of the Order of the Spell Keepers of Odin, once a great repository of recorded spells (in both scrolls and spellbooks) in addition to history and arcana, is now much poorer in that regard, as over the decades since Ragnarok, the spellkeepers were gradually forced to sell off much of their most valuable scrolls and such things, to support themselves.
