A disgraced knight and paladin, Giscard of Balidor, lives in the hills here. He has a home that stands on a highly defensible hillside, the approach to which is heavily booby-trapped. Giscard lives alone, except for his horse, a massive, intelligent, steely-grey charger named Stormcloud.
