A former paladin. Rumor has it that Giscard fell into disgrace for some unspecified transgression. Lived alone in the hills to the south of Dusthill for years, until he recently participated in a successful mission to cleanse St. Aurantius Castle of its undead infestation. Now Giscard is the castle’s caretaker, working to make the place livable again. He allows any peaceful visitors to stay in the castle (where there’s room to spare), and provides sanctuary to any who have need of it.
