It is possible to access the Other World as a living being with the aid of the Baba Yaga's magic.

Properties

The Other World has the following planar properties:

• Divine spells cannot be prepared, but can be cast if already prepared.
• All spells but Necromancy are impeded (DC 15+lvl Spellcraft check or lose the spell)
• Necromancy spells are automatically Quickened, with no cost to the caster.

Additionally, all dead people in the Other World may not cast spells without the express permission of Lord Volos?.

Living people and objects from the material plane that enter the Other World cannot interact meaningfully with dead souls inhabiting the Other World, and vice versa. Among other things this means that dead souls cannot cast spells on live people and vice versa, and dead souls cannot use magic items from the material plane.
