Amulet of proof against detection and location

This amulet features a complex golden design upon a backing of mithral, with a circular void of black onyx in the middle. It protects the wearer against all magical divinations that would allow the wearer to be detected, located, or perceived. The wearer cannot be detected or perceived via clairaudience, clairvoyance, detect thoughts, scrying, or similar spells, nor through crystal balls or any other scrying objects. No aura is discernible upon the wearer.

Note that wearing an amulet of proof against detection and location also makes the wearer immune to certain beneficial or desirable magical effects, such as the status spell.
