Golden lightning bolts are embroidered along the sleeves of this sturdy tunic of blue linen, which has delicate threads of mithral woven into it. Once per day, as a move action, the shirt’s wearer can teleport (with no chance of error) to any location within 60 feet, as long as he has both line of sight and line of effect to that destination. A harmless trail of crackling sparks traces the path from the wearer’s original location to his destination, making it obvious where he has landed.

The shirt’s power cannot be used to move into into a space occupied by another creature, nor can the shirt teleport the wearer into a solid object; if this is attempted (accidentally or deliberately), the shirt’s activation is wasted. The wearer can bring along objects weighing up to his maximum load, but cannot bring another creature with him (with the exception of a familiar).
