Bracers of armor

Bracers of armor surround the wearer with an invisible but tangible field of force, granting him an armor bonus similar to that provided by the mage armor spell. Both bracers must be worn for the magic to be effective. The typical bracers of armor provide a +2 armor bonus, but stronger versions are said to exist.
