Cloud-strider’s boots

These comfortable, fur-lined boots have very soft soles. When activated (a swift mental action), they create miniature clouds under the wearer’s feet, allowing the wearer to walk on air (as the air walk spell). Another swift action ends the effect. There is no limit to the duration or frequency of the boots’ functioning. If the wearer is not on the ground when the effect is canceled, he descends at a rate of 30 feet per round until landing.
