Anklet of translocation

(feet)

This is a pewter chime, meant to hang from a leather ankle-band.

An anklet of translocation allows the wearer to make short dimensional hops. When it is activated (a swift action), the wearer can instantly teleport (with no chance of error) a short distance. The new space must be within line of sight and line of effect.

The anklet can be used to teleport a total of up to 30 feet per day, divided as the wearer chooses, in 10-foot increments (that is, each time the anklet is used, the distance teleported is rounded up to the nearest 10 feet for the purpose of counting toward the daily maximum distance).

An anklet of translocation cannot be used to move into a space occupied by another creature, nor can it teleport the wearer into a solid object; if this is attempted (either accidentally or deliberately), the anklet’s activation is wasted. The wearer can bring along objects weighing up to his maximum load, but cannot bring another creature with him (with the exception of a familiar).
