Incense of consecration

This rectangular block of sweet-smelling incense is marked with the Pelor-sun symbol. If lit while a prayer to Pelor (requiring a DC 12 Knowledge (religion) check) is spoken, the incense emits a consecrate effect (as the spell) for as long as the incense burns.

A block of incense of consecration can burn for up to 8 hours. It can be extinguished and re-lit as often as desired, up to the total duration, but the prayer to Pelor must be spoken each time the incense is lit, else the consecrate effect will not be created (though the incense will still burn).

If incense of consecration is burned while casting remove curse or a similar spell to purge an evil taint from a creature, object, or location, it grants a +10 bonus on the caster level check and any other rolls made to achieve the spell’s effect. Using the incense in this way consumes the entire block.
