Mirror sword
The mirror sword is a longsword +2 with a highly polished, mirror-like blade that gleams like silvered glass. The blade’s reflective finish never dulls, and cannot be scratched by any material short of diamond.
The mirror sword strikes as a good-aligned, silvered weapon, and bypasses the corresponding damage reduction. The blade’s supernaturally reflective surface can also be used in combat in several ways.
First, the sword’s wielder cannot be flanked, as if he possessed a rogue’s improved uncanny dodge ability (with an effective rogue level equal to his base attack bonus). Any opponent who is unaware of this ability and tries to make an attack in melee against the wielder that would only be possible due to flanking (such as a sneak attack) provokes an attack of opportunity from the wielder.
Second, while in an area of bright light (such as full daylight, or the full illumination radius of a daylight spell), the wielder of the mirror sword can use the weapon to shine bright light into the eyes of an opponent within 15 feet as a swift action. The opponent is entitled to a Reflex saving throw (DC equal to 10 + 1⁄2 the wielder’s BAB + the wielder’s Dexterity modifier); failure means that the opponent is dazzle for 1 round.
