Shadow cloak

This black cloak writhes as if it were alive. When worn, it slightly obscures the wearer’s shape, granting a +1 circumstance bonus to AC.

Thrice per day, as an immediate action, the wearer can use the cloak to teleport to a space he can clearly see, up to 10 feet in any direction. If this is done in response to an attack against the wearer, that attack misses automatically (as the wearer is no longer where the attack was aimed) and the attacking opponent’s action is wasted.

After teleporting, the wearer is cloaked in shadow for one round, which grants him concealment. This allows the wearer to hide, even while being observed (though he must still have some other source of concealment or cover to hide behind, either in the space to which he teleported, or else reachable within a round’s movement therefrom), albeit with a −5 penalty on his Stealth check (−10 against opponents who can see in darkness).
