Remove disease cures all diseases that the subject is suffering from. You must make a caster level check (1d20 + caster level) against the DC of each disease affecting the target. Success means that the disease is cured. The spell also kills parasites, including green slime and others.
When a disease is cured, the subject’s health no longer deteriorates, but his condition does not automatically improve (i.e. he does not immediately return to the healthy state on the disease track). The subject must still make saves at the disease’s listed frequency in order to recover (but failing these saves does not cause him to advance along the disease track).
Certain special diseases may not be countered by this spell or may be countered only by a caster of a certain level or higher.
Note: Since the spell’s duration is instantaneous, it does not prevent reinfection after a new exposure to the same disease at a later date.
